Impossible to deal with through email or after requesting online quotes. My god. Replying to their automated emails -- which those emails ask you to do -- don't seem to actually go to a real person. So the cheery "We're sorry we missed you!" and "Are you still looking for a car? Let us know!" messages I've gotten for the past week even after responding multiple times to their emails with a detailed explanation of what I was looking for has been incredibly frustrating.
I called their sales department to follow up and ask about their emails and their response was "oh, yeah, they do that." If they're not going to check or respond to emails, why tell folks to reach out that way!
When I gave them more information about what I was looking for, with specifics (model, trim, features, etc.), their response was that they couldn't just "get" me a car and would have to look for what I wanted, but that I would have to be ready to buy immediately because it was inconvenient to do so.
Overall, it certainly seemed they weren't keen on building rapport to make a sale with a potential customer who explicitly told them he was wanting to return to a Ford vehicle. I'll be shopping elsewhere when the time comes.

This dealership’s service department are extremely unprofessional and have zero idea what they are talking about. Can’t be bothered to get on the phone and resolve an issue they caused. All they will do is lie to you and take your money. It is advisable to seek out another dealership that doesn’t involve themselves in shady practices. What a scam. I wouldn’t even buy a car here again. Management can’t even be bothered to reach out and resolve the issue as they can’t even hire half decent employees.

Got my back windows serviced on my convertible Mustang because they wouldn’t go all the way up . I’ve been talking to Jimmy about bringing my car in for weeks I finally did and the staff were great Jimmy got them to take care of it for me , they adjusted both rear window regulators & roof. Everything is normal now all within a timely matter with no appointment was best part .

Atrocious customer service. People who work here aren’t helpful at all. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating dealership. You have to go back and forth multiple times to get anything done, and they just pass you over from one person to another. They don’t care about customers and just try to rip you off. Highly advise to seek a different dealership.
